温棚,女,博士,2019 年7月以首聘副教授方式引进到华南农业大学亚博网站首页手机登录|官网网站。主要研究方向为食品安全与营养,近三年来以第1作者在负载功能因子纳米运载体系的构建及性能研究、食品活性包装材料等方面发表JCR一区TOP SCI论文10篇,包括ESI高被引论文2篇、封面论文2篇;申请国家发明专利4件,其中授权3件
