个人简介

黄卫娟,博士,硕士研究生导师,华南农业大学亚博网站首页手机登录|官网网站副教授。2019年博士毕业于University of Alberta (Canada)2012年本科毕业于华中农业大学食品科学技术学院。主要从事食品大分子化学与材料、农业食品加工副产物综合加工利用等基础与应用研究,包括功能性水凝胶、植物蛋白质基软物质材料等。
